Coasteering is a relatively recent sport in Portugal.
It consists of the progression of the coastline, using various sports such as, Climbing (using rope), Rappel, Zipline, Caving, Hiking, Swimming and Clif Jumping into the water ... In fact, many jumps into the crystalline waters of the Natural Park Arrábida and Luiz Saldanha Marine Park.
Available for individuals, groups of friends, birthdays, bachelor parties, schools and companies.
